Lake Sibaya

We took two afternoon adventures not too far from Sodwana- Lake Sibaya and Mkuze. Lake Sibaya is South Africa's largest freshwater lake. We had a 3 hour delay getting there due to the couple of bakkies (pick up trucks) getting stuck in the sand path. After finally pulling one truck out with a car and manpower and using a tractor for the other vehicle, the whole wait was worth it just to see the awesome sunset. The lake also has hippos which we spotted from afar emerging from the edge of the water.
