Bread prices rise...

In the midst of the electricity problems here in South Africa, another huge story is the raise in bread prices by 40cents/loaf. Although this may not seem like much, it actually make a huge difference to the [large] poor [population] in South Africa whose staple foods include milk, pap (maize porridge), and bread.
