Getting ready for the 2010 World Cup

In the midst of all the load shedding, people are wondering if the country will be ready to support the 2010 Soccer World Cup. Here is a billboard I passed advertising for 2010 and a picture included an email sent to me proposing one way to cope with the lack of power.
